Isf Entry Writer

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit accurate Importer Security Filing (ISF) documentation for customs clearance.
- Ensure timely and compliant filing of ISF entries in adherence to customs regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customs officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ISF entries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and requirements to ensure compliance in ISF filings.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information for the ISF entry process.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with internal teams and authorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure error-free ISF submissions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes, including ISF filing systems and related software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, and international trade practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in ISF entry writing or customs brokerage with a strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements is preferred.
