Isf Entry Writer

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit accurate Importer Security Filing (ISF) documentation for customs clearance.- Ensure timely and compliant filing of ISF entries in adherence to customs regulations and company policies.- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customs officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ISF entries.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and requirements to ensure compliance in ISF filings.- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information for the ISF entry process.
**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with internal teams and authorities.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure error-free ISF submissions.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with customs clearance processes, including ISF filing systems and related software.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently when necessary.- Knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, and international trade practices.- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.- Previous experience in ISF entry writing or customs brokerage with a strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements is preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
