Iso Coordinator

Job Duties:Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.Lead internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepare yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedule and lead quarterly management review meetings.Coordinate external QMS audits. Lead initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participate in external audits. Ensure effective and timely closure of audit findings.Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.Manage all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.Manage corrective action/preventative action reports. Ensure timely closure for assigned actions.Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Track data and trends related to ISO/quality objectives and targets.Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Follow all policies and procedures.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of quality and auditing experience. Previous work experience within an electronics repair, manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.Thorough understanding and proficiency with ISO 9001 Standards.High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and creating/delivering presentations.Ability to analyze information and strong data reporting skills.English proficiency at 90%.Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is a plus.USA Visa Laser.#J-18808-Ljbffr
