.The Information Security Ops (ISO) Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.Responsibilities:Verify with technology teams that technology Information Security (IS) is compliant with standards and meets IS technology strategy goalsMonitor changes in the risk profile of highly critical systemsAssist security incident response teams resolve and close the investigation of incidentsComplete the Risk Assessment process, including maintaining accurate asset inventory, system criticality information, data classification, threat analysis and action plansGuide the completion of Risk Assessments and other IS related compliance processes, and ensure processes are understood, appropriate controls take place, and remediation of non-compliance is documented and addressedPromote and educate security awareness within the businessEnsure compliance of information security standards and best practices across multiple disciplines and help security incident response teams resolve and close the investigation of incidentsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant experienceProficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and proceduresConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven analytical skillsEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
