**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize all possible channels to source quality new-to-bank clients with potential to generate business across lending, treasury, capital markets, cash management products.
- Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to completing facility availment.
- Analyze market trends and market size by integrating analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate client on-boarding process by resolving operations and service issues that may arise.
- Work on preparing credit assessments and monitoring risk issues by liaising with clients on any document deficiency or requests for more information.
- Prepare client presentations for senior management.
- Ensure all KYC and AML as well as other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
- Follow up with clients on offer acceptance and confirm the facility is successfully availed.
- Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering or related disciplines
- 5-8 years relevant commercial banking experience
- Good record of proactively building relationships with product and credit review/approval partners

**Job-Specific Requirements**
- Drives Issue Owners and CAP Owners through the end-to-end issue lifecycle, fostering adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures
- Fosters prompt escalation when issues are identified and is responsible for capturing issues in applicable system as soon as they are identified and achieving data integrity standards
- Leads Issue Owners and Stakeholders for accurate issue definition, effective root cause analysis, project planning that integrates all the work required and all predictable dependencies, and timely resolution avoiding re-targets for closure
- Supports Issue Owners and CAP Owners to meet all Quality Assurance and Independent Validation components
- Supports Issue Owners and CAP Owners to process Re-target requests and approvals
- Monitors entitlements for applicable system and make sure that only the appropriate users within the managed Business have the right entitlements
- Manages the Corrective Action Plans portfolio owned by the managed Business to distribute the workload as per the installed capacity, prioritizing the resolution of critical issues, based on issue severity rating and/or Business priorities
- Serves as support to the business to manage interactions between the managed Business and Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, and other assessment entities for issues management related matters
