- Contact person for internal IT support requests from colleagues
- Taking over first and second level support at the site
- Collaboration in first-level support internationally, if possible
- Coordination of third-level support at the site
- Coordination of local external service providers for existing and future services
- Administration Microsoft Entra / local user administration
- Administration and monitoring of all local IT systems (firewall, network, server, printers), if necessary in cooperation with external service providers
- Provision of Intune clients
- Lifecycle management of local assets (local data center, switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Local procurement of IT equipment in consultation with IT Director / Global IT Manager
- Monitoring local IT security, responding to IT security incidents

- Education: Successfully completed training in the field of IT (system administration, network administration, IT management) or several years of comparable experience in the technical administrative field of IT
- Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field- Advanced knowledge of server administration (Windows Server 2019, Hyper-V)- Advanced knowledge of network administration (Cisco Meraki, Cisco, Aruba, Fortigate, etc)- Advanced knowledge of Windows administration (Windows 11)- Very good knowledge of MS Office - First knowledge of Microsoft Azure- First knowledge of Intune / Microsoft Entra- Independent, structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working - Very good organizational and teamwork skills- High reliability- Hands-on mentality- High communication skills
