Di SI a la oportunidad. - Implementation and validation of new processes in ERP system. - Train users in the operation of the systems. - Sending newsletters with information on various topics. - Install, update, and configure software (Windows, office, antivirus, kiosk). - Maintain updated equipment inventory. - Address voice and data incidents (Switch, Firewall, Network Configuration). - Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to servers and computer equipment. - Installation and maintenance of systems. - Thoroughly document information technology processes in the company, including operational, development, and systems maintenance processes. - Collaborate closely with teams from different areas to understand their processes and technological requirements. - Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and propose efficient and effective solutions.
