**WHAT TO EXPECT**

- ** Problem solving**: Solves routine IT issues by analyzing possible solutions, using experience, judgment, and precedents; receive mínimal guidance in problem-solving; uses corporate tools to log and track issues resolutions, new requirements and configuration changes.
- ** Leadership**: Act as a technical resource for end users; may lead IT projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
- ** Functional knowledge**: The position requires expanded conceptual knowledge in personal computers, operating systems, LAN and Wireless networks, servers, and databases, monitoring IT tools, etc.
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure end users have access to the tools and systems provided by the company, ensuring data availability, reliability and performance.
- Resolve and close end user incidents and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and aligning to IT SLA's. Execute and document changes.
- Lead and execute the technological changes required and promoted by the organization, ensuring adequate documentation.
- Work and collaborate in new IT projects aim to optimize and improve end user processes and daily operation activities.
- Align to corporate IT standards and strategies.
- Manage the life cycle of IT hardware and software.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 to 4 years of IT work experience, supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to identify requirements/needs, assess solutions and provide recommendations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others.
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft 365, Cisco platforms, Windows Servers, desktop environment, collaboration tools and security tools
- Highly passionate and self-motivated
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with positive service attitude
- Willing to lean from others and share knowledge among the team
