It Analyst

IT ANALYST

What you'll do:

Provide IT support during production shift. IT basic infrastructure support to all facility. Supported by IT MES L2 and Lan admin. Key employee to L1 level support and local infrastructure.

- Monitor L2L dispatch to provide on-time support to production line based on MES targets defined on the KPI.
- Close local IT ServiceNet Incidents and Requests based on IT targets defined on the KPI.
- Follow up activities projects coordinated by local IT Supervisor.
- Work on MES approved changes.
- Keep IT supplies inventory during the supporting shift.
- Provide TPM to printers, computers and devices based on programed schedules.
- Escalate local MES and IT issues during shift.

- Setup and installation of IT devices and infrastructure in all facility.
- Create purchase request to follow up IT analyst activities.
- Supports over time during weekends or afterhours if required (all over time is paid).

What is required:

At least 1.5 years of experience on:

- End user support.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to Computer Equipment (PC, Laptop, Handheld, Laser Printer, Label Printer).
- Network Support (LAN, WLAN).
