Key Job Responsibilities:Provide quick and effective solutions to technical concerns faced by collaborators, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
Establish a cybersecurity program involving the responsible areas and corresponding security policies.
Streamline inventory management, manage IT infrastructure, collaborate with suppliers and propose training for collaborators.
Qualifications: Experience in System Administration and Information Technologies.
Proficiency in Excel – Advanced.
Troubleshooting – Advanced.
