Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a IT Analyst.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:A. Provides 1st and/or 2nd level PC support as applicable for infrastructure hardware and software in order to provide the customer with a workaround or a fix.B. Provides desk-side support at sites and, at smaller sites, may be the main point of contact for desk-side support.C. Participates in IT initiatives. May be the lead for smaller initiatives.D. Participates on projects as directed by IT Site Infrastructure Support (SIS). May lead smaller projects.E. Participates & lead projects in Industry 4.0G. Gathers information needed to support IT business metrics.H. Maintains control of desktop software and hardware in order to ensure license compliancy and asset management.I. Implement software and hardware upgrades to support IT initiatives and comply with established standards.J. Maintain infrastructure in order to decrease downtime and maintain quality.K. Stay current with industry trends in Information Technology advancementsL. Partner with other groups to seek out opportunities to increase end-user operational efficiencyM. Provides guidance and/or escalated support and problem resolution to more complex issues**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree- English: Conversational Advanced**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:- Microsoft Office Suite- Microsoft Operating Systems- Industry 4.0 Knowledge: IoT networks- Networking, basic telephony. A Bachelors degree with one to three years experience preferred (or minimum of an Associates degree) and ITIL, MCSA, or comparable certification desirable. Under the direction of a project manager participates in projects of various scale. Fundamental knowledge of, and training in Eaton project management processes and methodology.**Desirable Knowledge**: Service Now, Cloud, Data, Security, Agile & DevOps, AI, Automation**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:Describe all other aspects of your position that you feel are important and which have not been adequately covered (i.E. unique problems encountered, special freedom to take action, critical outside contacts, exceptional working conditions etc.)Critical contact for infrastructure outages that cause negative business impact.
