**Opportunity**
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of Data Processing Supervisor, is responsible for the operation of desktop and laptop computers and Servers, as well as printers and other IT equipment in the company. Rebuild the personal computers when is required. Add personal computers in the Active Directory for the OU of Monterrey. Provide IT support for the MS Office, Payroll and Attendance systems users. Manage the personal computer inventory. Dispose the personal computers with life time greater than 5 years old.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the user accounts and computer names in the Active Directory for the OU of Monterrey.
Repair and maintain the personal computers and printers, as well as keep and manage the inventory of peripherals and supplies.
Rebuild personal computers.
Provide IT support to the MS Office, HR and Payroll systems users.
Evaluate new products such as printers and other peripherals.
Desing and implement systems.
Manage the inventory of personal computers and order the Replacement and Expansion computers every year.
Provide training in MS Office software.
Update DataBase of the Call Accounting System of the PBX.
**Skills/Requirements**
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Preference Bachelor's degree preferably in computer systems or related career.
EXPERIENCE:
Preference minimum one year experience.
