Fives DyAG is looking for IT Analyst for Silao Office.The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing general technical support for computers, software, and the network.1. Maintain workstations to minimize down time due to technical problems.2. Build, configure, upgrade, and deploy new systems as necessary.3. Provision and deprovision individual computers with network access and appropriate software as needed.4. Provide first line of support, respond to users in need of assistance and keep track of computer problems.5. Provide follow-up on existing support tickets.6. Setup access and process terminations7. Understand ERP to the degree that is required to enable user access and provide general support.8. Assist on new technology implementations9. Document computer and software configurations as well as maintain IT asset tracking.10. Provide improvements to document process flow11. Work with Information Technology Manager on tasks as required.12. Assist in assuring continued information security13. Provide input existing issues and their impact on users.14. Assist with maintaining standardization15. Assist to define and maintain Information Systems standards.16.
