JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY:The Analyst works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business needs. Supports several low to moderately complex business processes. Demonstrates a solid working knowledge of a business area to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Serves as a project team member. Responds to inquiries and exchanges information with business partners.EXPERIENCE:Typically requires 2-5 years of technical experience.Requires basic knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes in supply chain, within one or more areas of demand, supply, product lifecycle management.Experience using structured modeling and flow technique to articulate business requirements.Ability to map detailed workflows against business processes, document requirements for functional specifications, and be hands-on for functional work.Familiar with Jira / Confluence or similar tools.Support and develop use cases, testing strategies, and plans.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:STRATEGY: Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications deliverables supporting the IT Application strategies for a single functional business area.STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Act as a liaison and partner between IT and a single functional business area, providing subject matter expertise on their business processes and related systems capabilities.OPERATIONS / DELIVERY: Supports the evaluation, recommendation, business readiness, and implementation of best practice software technology solutions.Develops test cases and participates (validating test cases) during testing with a focus on UAT.Maps requirements to use cases and testing.Supports assessing risks relative to the readiness of the business to adopt the solution.VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Work effectively with teams of external partners developing & supporting the domain area.EDUCATION & SKILLS:EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.SKILLS: Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and business language, working collaboratively, negotiating requirements across multiple groups.Ability to multitask.CORE VALUES:Exhibit core company behaviors that focus on how we at LS&Co. operate together day to day regardless.Know the business; own the results; company first; be part of the solutions; lead by example.LOCATION: Mexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME / PART TIME: Full timeCurrent LS&Co Employees:#J-18808-Ljbffr
