About the Team Our IT Service Delivery & Support department is the backbone of our organization's technology operations. Comprising a skilled group of technicians and support specialists, the team ensures that all hardware and software issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. They provide 24/7 support, handle help desk tickets, and maintain our systems' integrity. Regular training and collaboration allow them to stay updated on the latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.
This position is responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, and communication) as well as providing second-level support to end users and computing workplaces.
Manage and support voice and data network links to ensure optimal service.Manage and support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects.Coordinate, manage, and plan IT-related projects based on business needs.Provide support to backend teams in global projects.Install, configure, and support network equipment including switches, WLAN devices, DNS, and DHCP.Communicate local business needs to the upper IT management to serve as a bridge within the plant and IT.Provide support to purchasing in planning and administering the bidding process for IT-related projects.VMware administration.Take lead and participate in projects with new vendors and ZF global infrastructure projects.Follow up and comply with IT Infrastructure KPIs.Your profile: Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science / business informatics / electrical engineering.Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks.Expertise with Windows Operating systems.Knowledge and skills to install, configure, maintain, and support networks.Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, with follow-up skills and an analytical thought process.Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts, information, and service-related topics with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure design and administration, including LAN, Windows Server, and VMware.What We Offer Global work environmentGrowth opportunitiesMajor Medical Expenses InsuranceCompetitive wagesBe part of our ZF team as IT Analyst II Svc-Del & Support and apply now!
