With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate, and improving safe mobility.We are looking for our next IT Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team in Guadalajara (ZF El Salto Plant).What to expect as an IT Analyst Intern:End-user support, peripheral devices, printers/scanners, etc. Experience in handling remote technical support and experience in workstation-like platforms.PCs / Laptops (Configuration and Support), Laser and Barcode Printers, Structured Cabling, ITIL - Windows Refresh, Network Protocol, Network Fault Diagnosis, Network Service Connection, Basic PC and Printer Diagnosis and Maintenance (Internal), IATF 16949, ISO 14001.Install, configure, maintain, and support end-user computing equipment, as well as peripherals and accessories, ensuring the life cycle of all IT devices.Provide end-user support, including their devices.
