We are looking for our next IT Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team in Guadalajara (ZF El Salto Plant).
What to expect as an IT Analyst Intern: End-user support, peripheral devices, printers/scanners, etc. Experience in handling remote technical support and experience in workstation-like platforms.PCs / Laptops (Configuration and Support), Laser and Barcode Printers, Structured Cabling, ITIL - Windows Refresh, Network Protocol, Network Fault Diagnosis, Network Service Connection, Basic PC and Printer Diagnosis and Maintenance (Internal), IATF 16949, ISO 14001.Install, configure, maintain, and support end-user computing equipment, as well as peripherals and accessories, ensuring the life cycle of all IT devices.Provide end-user support, including their devices. Support support areas and service delivery in local and global projects.Meet and/or support the company's objectives in Safety and Environment corresponding to their function or area of responsibility.Your profile as an IT Analyst Intern: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Ability to create technical and training documentation.Ability to translate technical information into customer-oriented content.Proficiency in Office and Windows.Why choose ZF in El Salto, Jalisco?
