**Job Description**:
**Function**:
- Provide new solutions to answer the business needs that match the defined policies.
- Part of the BCP infrastructure team, and propose smart solutions.
- Works closely with the Site leaders / regional manager.
**Core tasks and key responsibility**:
- Day-to-day systems support & maintaining service levels
- Advisor on new technologies and systems infrastructure
- Performs systems upgrades for security, problem solving reasons among others
- Conducts disaster recovery in accordance with existing procedures
- Provide third level support and advanced Analysis
- Providing time estimates for resolution of problems
- Organizes or contributes to regional projects
- Prioritizing tasks needed for project completion
- Adhering to IS standards, including change management standards
- Keeps up to date with corporate IT (security & privacy o.a.)
regulations and applies where appropriate
- Executes configuration and capacity management of IT infrastructure
- Maintains infrastructure for automated monitoring or procedures for manual monitoring
- Instructs outsource partner (TCS) as part of change management
**Manufacturing support and project management**:
- Providing technical support to users and other IT staff - firefights, problem resolution, training
- Emergency support for business and operating units
- Provide critical support for P1/P2 incident
**Qualifications**:
**Profile and Education**:
- Bachelor degree with 1 years of experience.
( preferred in the manufacturing environment)
- Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dynamic, results-oriented, problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to travel to support when needed
