**Main Responsabilities**:

- IT Service Delivery:
Oversee and execute IT service delivery processes, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and user experience.
Agile project Delivery:
Develop and maintain user stories to capture requirements from end users effectively.
Analyze project feasibility in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks to maximize value delivered in each sprint.
Define business solutions by translating business needs into technical specifications that align with agile methodologies.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration within the development team.
- IT Infrastructure Management:
Collaborate in Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, including hardware assets, servers, networks, and storage solutions both on premise and cloud.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- General IT Management:
Follow-up on IT projects from conception to completion, making sure project roadblocks are identified and eliminated.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, HTML and React.
Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including cloud services, networks, and databases.
- Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze system performance data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with end users and stakeholders.
Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Service Orientation:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction and responsiveness.
Experience dealing with end users to understand their needs and address their concerns.
