**My Role**:- Responsible for handling projects and support service request queues, along with ensuring support requests are answered quickly and correctly.- Be the main point of escalation with all customers.- Join with the support agents' team to act as expert on the technology.- Preparing IT project documents for general availability.
**My Background**:- Bachelors Degrees in Engineering.- ** A minimum of 5+ years in an enterprise Information Technology (IT) environment.
**:- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, PowerApps- Must have excellent customer service/experience skills.
Our customers come first.- Strong communication skills, perfect English verbal and written.- Good troubleshooting and ability to remain calm under pressure.- Excellent methodology in fault finding and following up on issues, while presenting ideas in a user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users.- Ability to priorities and focus on those priorities with good organizational skills.- Microsoft Office 365 Security, Azure AD, Azure AD PIM.- Office 365 full suite.- MDM and MAM experience, preferably Intune.- Active Directory knowledge.- Knowledge of ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.- Act as SME for defined technology.
