Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business verticals, spanning multiple regions, to define business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements. Translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Advise business and IT on best practices relating to system functionality and business processes.
- Manage enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes
- Develop clear and comprehensive functional design and setup documentation.
- Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion tasks for integration projects.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements. Partner with business for user acceptance testing.
- Create training documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Keep change management system up-to-date and accurate.
- Engage with external software and service providers.
- Assist production support team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, or 3 years of IT Analysis
- 3 years of using Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain modules, including MES, MSCA, and Quality
- Willing to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a combination of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules: Inventory, PIM, BOM, WIP, PO, Cost Management, ASCP, iSupplier, and iProcurement
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan (WMOS, WMi, or SCALE) or Oracle WMS
- SQL
- ConfigSnapshot, API Wizard
- Lean Manufacturing background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and independently.
- Possess effective verbal/written communication skills and critical listening/reading skills
