.**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_****_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**- Provides 1st and/or 2nd level PC support as applicable for infrastructure hardware and software in order to provide the customer with a workaround or a fix.- Provides desk-side support at sites and, at smaller sites, may be the main point of contact for desk-side support.- Participates in IT initiatives. May be the lead for smaller initiatives.- Participates on projects as directed by IT Site Infrastructure Support (SIS). May lead smaller projects.- Gathers information needed to support IT business metrics.- Maintains control of desktop software and hardware in order to ensure license compliancy and asset management.- Implement software and hardware upgrades to support IT initiatives and comply with established standards.- Maintain infrastructure in order to decrease downtime and maintain quality.- Stay current with industry trends in Information Technology advancements- Partner with other groups to seek out opportunities to increase end-user operational efficiency- Provides guidance and/or escalated support and problem resolution to more complex issues**Qualifications**:**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**Desirable Knowledge: Service Now, Cloud, Data, Security, Agile & DevOps, AI, Automation**_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION_**Critical contact for infrastructure outages that cause negative business impact.
