The IT Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first and second level support for customer and employee facing applications. How We WorkThe IT Application Support Specialist works remotely, so you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. However, candidates must be located in Mexico. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in home office setupCompany-issued equipmentVirtual trainingMonthly home Internet stipendRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Troubleshoot application support requests directly with employees and indirectly for external customersCoordinate with SME's and/or Application owners (Tier 3) to escalate issues if they cannot be resolved in Tiers 1 or 2Monitoring of system logs, alerts, job failures and acting on these immediately to provide a timely resolutionTroubleshoot production incidents and help with remediationParticipate in planned and unplanned maintenance of applications and infrastructure to validate normal functionsNon-production Environment supportBusiness-requested support for customer configurations, application settings, and data changesWork with third-party vendors as necessary to resolve incidents and problems where neededWill need basic MSSQL skills to generate reports.Documenting and reviewing solution to common problems and contribute to developing solutions for the sameCreate and maintain resolution documentation in Service Knowledge Management systemYou will be part of a 24*7/365 days team and will need to be available to work based on your shift assigned to you by your supervisorQualifications & SkillsThe ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency.
