**Objective**Collaborate in the implementation of the global IT strategy in all Nemak regions by being a key resource for the support and operations of global solutions.Contribute to value generation through an agile mindset.

**Main Responsibilities**- Coordinate and manage all Software Factory processes to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and procedures and Consistently deliver value for the Nemak enterprise.- Verify and manage the proper functioning of the Global Applications infrastructure.
Keep infrastructure up-to-date, secure, and available by relying on third-party consultants to perform required infrastructure actions- Perform vendor management activities such as Contract management and documentation, service review and evaluation, payment and billing follow-up- Support and Ticketing follow-up with the AMS team, ensuring the compliance and the utilization of the Nemak ITSMS platform**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, IT and/or Supply Chain.- Experience required: Applications Support, Software Factories, Application Development, Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, XP), Infrastructure, Project Management- English proficient required- Spanish proficient desired- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
