If there are incidents or issues with this system, then you are there. You will work closely with users and developers to address any problems and issues we uncover. You aim is to ensure that the operational loan management application and digital banking is working. The responsibilities You will work as part of the IT Delivery team to ensure the effective management of the operational loan management application and digital banking. You will be the AIO Platform incidents technical investigation specialist – you will personally troubleshoot and investigate defects for in – house software applications referred by customer support, ensure they are allocated to the right resources in the team and provide feedback to the Software Engineering teams regarding the incidents and underlying defects in the systems, as well as ensure your team members do the same. You will propose and implement improvements to the tools used in the support team, business processes and our IT systems, specifically: You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the existing portfolio of tools (e.G., Python scripts) used by the support team. You will identify areas that need to be automated, suggest an approach (e.G. scripting, implementation as part of the system) and implement where appropriate. You will partner with the Software Engineering team to ensure the on – going development of tools and systems in line with the business requirements. You will always put customer experience and innovation at the heart of our business processes – have this in mind when approaching all IT activities
