Job Description - IT Asset Contract Analyst (0091U4)Role Overview: The IT Asset Contract Analyst is a key data and compliance role within IT Asset Governance (ITAG) at Schneider Electric. This position focuses on understanding, classifying, correlating, and improving vendor patterns within IT contracts to enhance settlements, negotiations, and overall IT compliance.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and extract data from IT contracts for input into management systems.Conduct vendor analytics and identify potential risks and clauses for renegotiation.Propose innovative systems for classifying contracting data and processes.Engage with Publisher Compliance, Legal, Purchasing, and Finance for data analysis and sharing.Ensure accuracy of data related to IT contracts.Understand and implement new technologies related to data analytics, automation, OCR, and AI.Generate reports and graphics to communicate contract information effectively.Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.Contribute to the success of the ITAG team and provide support in creating dashboards and reports.Achieve settlement results for local, international, or worldwide agreements.Advocate for alignment with ITAG to mitigate compliance issues with Entitlement Agreements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Technology-specific qualifications related to licensing, procurement, data analytics, or contracting are preferred.Project management certification (PMP or similar) is preferred.Professional proficiency in English; a second or third language is an advantage.Experience:2+ years of Contracting & Compliance-related experience (Technology or Software Licensing preferred).2+ years of experience with ERP, PO, or Finance systems.3+ years in contract development, delivery, terms and conditions, and contract practices.3+ years in procurement, IT for procurement, CLM systems, and data analysis.3+ years in the software business industry, with an understanding of industry trends, especially in automation and/or AI.Knowledge of SharePoint, legal terms, and automation.Ability to lead and engage with senior leaders within the organization.Understanding of technical terminology within contracts.Experience in project management principles and risk management is a plus.Experience in governance activities and monitoring potential risks.Skills & Behavioral Requirements:Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work multi-functionally with all levels of stakeholders.Highly organized and self-motivated; commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to interpret complex software licensing agreements.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to remain calm under pressure and drive results.Contributes to a culture of innovation and collaboration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
