Responsibilities Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware, inventory and tracking leveraging the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module Manage and control IT Asset levels for end-user computing equipment to meet client's international requirements.Collaborate with Global IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Procurement Teams to enhance customer satisfaction, foster profitable relationships, and drive sales growth Collaborate with customers (both IT and outside IT) to gather business and functional requirements, map existing processes, and assist with process re-design Manage various responsibilities, including operational process improvement, addressing global supply chain challenges, ensuring on-time deliveries, forecasting, business analysis, contract reviews, and change management.Develop, construct, and communicate asset management policies and procedures covering all aspects of usage to ensure compliance.Furnish information on purchase order status and metrics on vendor performance.Resolve challenges with global vendors and expedite delayed orders.Contribute as a subject matter expert in large projects and lead small projects within the asset management discipline.Utilize various ERP databases and ordering portals to perform data entry, monitoring and tracking all phases of quotes, purchase orders and order fulfillment.Generate and analyze daily high-volume data reports using advanced Excel reporting tools.Education / Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
