Overview:
The
**IT BI Reporting Analyst** is responsible for the delivery of operational reports, tools and analytics to business stakeholders' primarily in Mexico and occasionally in other Latin American Countries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reporting, with consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.
- Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.
- Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business hit their strategic objectives. Provide with trends and forecasts.
- Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation.
- Supports reporting and analytics requirements through ticketing system.
- Provide training on BI tools to business users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, Actuary or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. (Portuguese is desirable).
- Experience in Automotive Financial sector is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Prior reporting or analytics experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, R, Python, WPS or SAS.
- Experience with Power Bi or Tableau.
- Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency: Excel (Macros), Access (Desirable), Power Point.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken format.
- High organizational skills.
- Proficient analytical skills.
