This position involves analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the organization's objectives. The IT Systems Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful development and deployment of IT solutions.
Onsite job based in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and constraints.Document, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and enhancements.Assist in project planning, prioritization, and risk management.Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.Present findings, solutions, and updates in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and business case development.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Lucidchart, and other documentation tools.Proven ability to create comprehensive and clear documentation, including process maps, system specifications, and business requirements.Knowledge of ITIL framework or other IT service management best practices is a plus.WHO WE ARE: Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas.
