This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.**Objective**:Lead, Execute and/or Support projects/activities related to the GBU IT portfolio focused on global projects.**Specific responsibilities may include but not limited too**:- Actively participate in the complete project cycle of the GBU IT portfolio focused on global projects.- Lead and implement projects in area that are low to medium complexity. Own key tasks, demonstrate solid business knowledge, able to perform tasks with minimum direction, give guidance to others.- Work as a team with the functional leaders of projects in documentation, planning, monitoring of activities, communications, execution of activities and control of the project process of the area. Analyze and make decisions that have cross functional business impact.- Create detailed written user requirements for developers. Develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans.- Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small & medium size projects.- Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Act as the primary contact between IT developers and the business.- Identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate solutions for problems and issues that may impact the project.- Identify and understand issues that may impact day-to-day operations and/or project costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc.) for problem resolution.- Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function.- Provide cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives.- Train others as appropriate on specific area of business or systems expertise. Assist in development of training materials- Lead and / or execute the activities required from the point of view of information technology that are necessary for the success of the projects. Design, build, execute and / or implement programs, queries, interfaces, manuals or other elements of information systems required within project execution activities, i.E:
