A Senior BA on this team is a leader, subject matter expert and partner to VR business operations and vendors.This role will manage and participate in projects as well as provide support and maintenance to Mountain Applications and solutions.
This position will work closely with the Manager of Production Management to develop and maintain team metrics, resource scheduling, document management, and project responsibilities within the team.
Other responsibilities include liaising with operational and technical teams, leading the gathering, documentation and approval of business requirements, solution design, test script development and execution, and quality assurance for a variety of technology solutions.Responsibilities:Work closely with IT and business owners to support the development and execution of business vision and strategy.Identify opportunities to better integrate with other lines of business.Work closely with the Production Management Manager and VRI operational teams.Provide technical leadership for driving business requirements, leveraging existing applications and evaluating new technologies to meet evolving needs.Manage the execution, delivery and financials for assigned projects.Manage QA Life Cycle by developing test plans and test scripts, documenting test results, and reporting on results and managing UAT while coordinating usage of test environments.Ensure that financial responsibilities for vendors are met in a timely manner.Review and incorporate vendor product maintenance and upgrades into technical roadmaps.Ensure all operational support responsibilities are met, including management of support queue, maintenance activities, and upgrade tasks in accordance with defined procedures and SLAs for multiple applications.Ensure all compliance requirements are followed and maintained including quarterly duties as assigned.Provide support and guidance for internal users in IT and the business.Perform season startup preparation for various applications as tasked.Work with the Production Management Manager to drive team efficiencies and individual development of team members
