Job Description:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Partner with Site stake holders, process owners and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements
- Develop an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs
- Work with end users to determine needs (data, screens, processes, reports) and develop scope
- Draft detailed specifications that reflect the user's needs
- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations where improvements can be made
- Support the implementation of systems to create an experience that positions Terex as the first choice among peers for parts and services
- Partner with business users to document test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
- Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Main job-specific requirements / skills:
- Previous experience with ERP or business processes
- Analytical and project management skills / Agile Methodolgy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within IT and business teams (English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevnat experience in Reporting and Data Analysis tools
- Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skills
- Organized and flexible to changing business priorities - Action and result oriented
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations
- Willingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions
