The IT Business Analyst Latam will be working on all global/local apps around commercial, ERP, drive data & analytics agenda and manage digital initiatives in markets aligned to accountable territories (Spanish Latam North: Mexico and LEC subregion) and specific cases across the Business Unit
Key Responsibilities
- Strong capability in Agile and Project Management methodologies.
- Understanding product(s) and managing product life cycles with value cases is expected from this role.
- To work with business users of new and/or changed D&T systems to modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system.
- Follow global D&T portfolio and standard to define problem statement and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, external partners to deliver Business Case, control budget and ensure successful project delivery.
- To ensure that Customer/Consumer Satisfaction is regularly measured and analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken in the area like CTO's Service level and resourcing.
- To provide consultation to Project stakeholders on D&T investments and value-add activities in alignment and support of business strategic initiatives.
- Understand the agile principles and product mindset for the organization.
- Analyse, define and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement. Develop a clear understanding of the core entities and accountabilities within the process
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/BS/Tech/IT/CS/MCA or Equivalent
- Engineering or Technology experience in similar area
- Knowledge of ERS and basic business processes. Understanding of commercial environment
- 5 + years of working experience in Tech area in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Good influencing, communication and team working skills at all levels
- Advanced English
