You'll be responsible for serving as a liaison between the finance community, working with IT business partners, or directly with the business and the IT organization to translate business needs into IT requirements.
Your role includes leading Finance Technology projects, serving as the primary contact for finance development leaders across the region, and managing finance and IT leadership teams to align with regional strategic plans.
You'll identify and create business cases for strategic opportunities related to processes and technology.
Additionally, you will act as a technology and process consultant, facilitating sessions to define or re-engineer business processes for the Finance team.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro, México, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Planning: Contribute to project planning, develop work plans, manage workflows, and participate in short-term planning to align with business goals.
Business Liaison: Support and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and the IT organization.
Business Requirements and Process: Develop business requirements and functional specifications, analyze customer operations, ensure designs meet requirements, recommend system enhancements, and documents business processes.
Testing: Execute validation testing, document results, and assist in developing test cases and user acceptance testing content.
Change Management: Analyze current and future states, plan and execute change management activities, integrate these activities with project management efforts, and conduct stakeholder analysis.
We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field.
Or equivalent work experience.
Requires working knowledge of business operations and IT processes - Deep understanding of finance-related IT systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, or other financial management software.
Skilled in both traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
Skills: Stakeholder Management, Exceptional Communications, Good Problem-Solving and Data Analysis.
