Lead progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.Help gather the scope and requirements related to the IT infrastructure portions of the project.Lead the planning of the infrastructure project when appropriate.Create and manage the communication plan and activities related to communication, providing clear messages showing the benefits of upgrading using business language.Being the person in charge of communication with the project team, business PM, steering group, and key stakeholders inside and outside the company regarding all network activities.Management of programming and communication between team members and the business
