It Business Partner

The IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Manufacturing and Operations (M&O) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the assigned business units or plant for the purpose of business technology deployment, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.Our TeamMolex follows a principled philosophy that continually challenges the status quo. You will collaborate with multiple areas within operations, development, and transformational capabilities to create mutual benefit.What You Will DoAct as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.Collaborate with Plant Management to develop budgets (cap-ex/allocations).Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals.Take the lead to manage and oversee the updates/upgrade process.Empower ETS L3 Team to support enterprise application deployment and sustainment on plants in M&O domain.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experienced with PLC.Experienced with IT OT.Experienced coordinating IT teams for problem-solving.Experienced with control systems.What Will Put You AheadHands-on experience with Control Systems.Experienced as an ITBP with manufacturing companies.OT Experienced.Who We AreAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
