It Business Partner

**Your Job**The IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Manufacturing and Operations (M&O) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the assigned business units or plant for the purpose of business technology deployment, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.**Our Team**Molex follows a principled philosophy that continually challenges the status quo. You will collaborate with multiple areas within operations, development and transformational capabilities to create mutual benefit.**What You Will Do**- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.- Collaborate with Plant Management to develop budgets (cap-ex/allocations)- Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals.- Take the lead to manage and oversee the updates/upgrade process.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experienced with PLC- Experienced with IT OT- Experienced coordinating IT teams for problem solving- Experienced with control systems**What Will Put You Ahead**Hands on experience with Control SystemsExperienced as an ITBP with manufacturing companiesOT Experienced**Who We Are**At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
