The primary purpose of the IT Business Partner position is to oversee IT business relationship management with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.
This includes assurance of the IT GSC roadmap to the GSC business strategy, demand management, project portfolio management, consistent project delivery, issue and risk management, overall status reporting and communications.
The IT Business Partner works closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) of GSC (Supply & Deliver, Manufacturing Excellence, Procurement, Warehousing & Distribution).
They lead the development of technology enabled business capabilities in alignment with the business priorities.
They define the IT roadmap through an annual planning process and oversee the timely delivery of strategic programs and projects throughout the year.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
Communicate, coordinate, and champion GSC business needs within IT and act as a customer advocate
Maintain an understanding of GSC changing needs/priorities and drive alignment of the IT project portfolio
Define and prioritize the portfolio of technology programs and projects for the business function
Communicate and coordinate regular status updates, issue management, and risk management, leveraging BIC PMO tools
Work closely with Integrated Delivery Management during demand intake, filtering, and prioritization while maintaining awareness of high priority non-project demand and overall IT support requirements
Work cross functionally within Group IT to define & deliver Analytics, Dashboards and Master Data needs for GSC
Use dashboards to manage upward communications to IT and business leadership on a regular basis, including customer satisfaction, delivery of services, and quality
Assist in coordinating both annual budgeting and frequent business and technology initiatives throughout the year
Monitor formal service level agreements and ensure IT meets performance expectations
Develop & execute team development and staffing strategies to enable execution of GSC strategic programs and demands, in line with annual Group IT budgets and GSC expectations
**What We're Looking For In You**:
10-15+ years of customer-facing IT leadership experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience delivering IT solutions for supported business functions
Demonstrated experience facilitating the design, development, and successful implementation of technology platforms
Large-scale program and project management experience
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems (or related field) is required
A master's degree in business administration or technology management is preferred
Experience in systems lifecycle management, digital enablement, and business benefits delivery
