Sound interesting?**Then come and join our global team as IT Business Partner & IT Country Head****Your tasks and responsibilities**:- To manages relationships with business, internal key user & process owners for all IT related topics.- Consults & supports the implementation of new or changed services and solutions.- Ensures high customer satisfaction by translating business demands into IT service requirements.- Supports the holistically view for digitalization of business on a strategic level.- Maintain Business Partner relationship.- Evaluate customer satisfaction, collect, and consider respective business feedback.- Provide business with KPIs on the overall and specific IT performance.- Ensure best practice usage of commodity services.- Manage business complaints and partner with CoE specialists, as required.- Design and drive opportunities where IT can create additional business values whilst managing operational risks.- Identify and manage IT demands on tactical and strategic level, in alignment with business values and IT governance strategy by driving the decisions-making process if needed.- Articulate relevant changes (impact of change on IT services, projects, initiatives, trends, etc.) to business process owner and business key users.- Serve as the executive touch point for a portfolio of projects and Business/IT processes.- Ensure that Centers of Excellence (CoE's) continue to understand the needs of our Business.- Promote IT innovations and new services which can create additional business value.- Maintain IT budget and IT Project Portfolio in partnership with business and accounting to optimize IT spend for best value.- User Engagement: Enable and guide rollout of IT Services in Business.- Be responsible for Service Ownership and Project Portfolio, resources planning and guidance to professionals' teams in operational tasks.**Your qualifications and experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field.- Master on IT Strategy, IT Management and/or Business Management it will be a differential.- English formal training and fluency is preferred.- Minimum 10 years of experience leveraging systems tools to support business process optimization in functional areas such as services, supply chain, finance, HR or sales/commercial in the health, services, consumer goods or related industry.- Proven ability to work in a global environment with stakeholders in multiple regions/cultures
