Together, we push the boundaries of science to make more possible for our customers.**Your Role**:As IT Business Partner and Program Manager you will work within the IT Electronics unit, being responsible to manage the relationship with the Intermolecular Business of Electronics.As part of your program management responsibility, you will be accountable for steering and delivering the related Informatics roadmap and transformation into a Merck supported setup. You bring in your capabilities as experienced Project Manager by executing own projects and overseeing all projects on the roadmap, steer vendors and suppliers and other supporting IT units, while ensuring the effective delivery of the projects and adherence to the budget.This role will be located in the US requiring occasional presence at Intermolecular in San Jose, California, and report into the Head of IT Electronics Systems.**Who you are**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Degree in Business Informatics, Chemistry, Physics, or related disciplines- Extensive professional experience (6+ years) in various IT positions, preferably with a background in chemical or semiconductor industries, with a broad range of exposure to technical IT environments, digitalization, data analytics and business IT architectures- Experienced project manager with proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects in a complex, global matrix organization, as well as managing diverse teams and projects in an international environment**Preferred Qualifications**:- Ability to cope with complex and unclear problems that require alignment with different stakeholders and translate business challenges in innovative IT concepts from proof of concept to productive usage- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (project plans, documentation, presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc
