**Location/Division Specific Information**This position is part of the Global Enterprise Change Management team within Corporate Infrastructure & Security and it will be in our Tijuana, Mexico Center of Excellence.Discover Impactful Work:As part of the Change Management team, the Change and Release administrator is responsible for managing IT changes and ensure operational excellence.
Networking with the diverse technical teams and effective communication to share best practices will be key to strengthen the process and improve customer experience.
**A Day in the Life**- Review and approve change requests submitted by our colleagues and ensure operational excellence.- Provide timely and informational support to our colleagues to continuously improve the quality of work.- Host regional Change Approval Board weekly meetings.- Maintain the training materials and knowledge articles.- Participate in testing activities, including documenting the testing requirements and writing test scripts.- Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement stories.- Support the Computer System Validation process.- Prepare dashboards using various tools and provide trend analysis on metrics & performance indicators.
**Education**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems Management, IT Operations or related field.- Equivalent work experience accepted.
**Experience**- Have 2 or more years of experience in managing IT changes.- Working knowledge of Change Module approval workflows in ServiceNow platform is preferred.- Knowledge working with IT Validated systems is a plus.- ITIL Certificate is a plus.- Experience in using Microsoft Office 365.
