)****Your Task will be**:- Extensive knowledge in diagnosing Hardware/Software problems and implementing definitive solutions to the problems.- Extensive experience in Technical Support to end user.- Advanced management of MS Office 365, extensive knowledge in solving related problems with Excel, Outlook, Power Point.- Knowledge of standards and management of structured cabling, vision to manage projects that allow growth and improvements to current infrastructure and/or future projects.- Knowledge of Data Networks and intermediate management of Cisco equipment.
(Switches 9200L, 9300).- Technical support for Apple & Android mobile devices.- Management of computer equipment purchasing processes.- Knowledge of access control devices Suprema, Rosslare, management of BioStar v1 and 2.- Knowledge of HP Servers and VMWare environment, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019.- Knowledge of SQL Server 2016.- Comply with the standards and procedures of IATF-16949 and ISO 14001, as well as legal and regulatory.- Management of Personnel in charge.- Support for HP Laser Printers and Honeywell Thermal Printers.- Knowledge of CCTV IP Cameras, Mobotix and AXIS brands preference and QNAP disk arrangement.- Management in diagnostic tool of network cables, identification of Vlans with Fluke, NetScout.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer and/or Digital Systems.- 3 years minimum experience in an IT function.- Experience in Computer Systems, Networks, Data Communication.- Bilingual English/Spanish.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.
