**Location: San Luis de la Paz**
**Opportunity**
Under the direction of the Director finance Mexico operations, is responsible for administrates the system projects, with the objective that these be accomplished within time guidelines and with the resources initially estimated.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Administrates the equipment necessary to efficiently provide associates with the tools required to perform their tasks.
Supervises equipment maintenance and optimization.
Administrates telecommunication and telephone systems to ensure maintenance of required communications with internal and external clients and suppliers.
Assists in the implementation and maintenance of computer systems and programs.
Works with users to determine system requirements and potential solutions.
Assists in problem-solving concerning software usage or computer failure.
Assists in the acquisition, configuration and installation of the company network, computers, printers and all the necessary devices used to support the daily operation of the facility.
Provides analysis and counsel with respect to analyzing problems and developing solutions for efficient operation of existing systems and programs.
Develops an understanding of business processes and the implication of computer systems on those processes.
Participates in educational programs and professional societies involving analysis skills and computing technology.
Develops and maintains technical expertise in standard methods, procedures, programming languages and the variety of software development and testing tools employed at Kohler Co.
Provide support and act as a backup resource for other facilities of Kohler in Mexico.
Administrates the network accounts related with the access to the network resources.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**:
Preference Bachelor´s degree in Computer science
**Experience**:
Preference 4 years of experience in systems and programming.
