We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our team. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our IT systems.
IT Coordination:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing IT-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to ensure the procurement of necessary equipment and services.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data.
- Conduct regular backups of critical systems and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct audits on CRM platforms.
- Create and provide reports on activities and performance.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- English (domain the four skills, speaking, writing, reading and listening, is a MUST)
- Proven experience in IT coordination.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM, Firewall, Active Directory, and safety and security protocols, including implementation and development. (IS A MUST)
