It Customer Support Analyst

You will report directly to our Sr IT Supervisor and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:

- Providing timely and effective technical facilitate to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting network engage problems and assisting with network configurations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of facilitate tickets and resolutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT facilitate or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**WE VALUE**:

- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Experience with ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of network protocols and configurations
