It Cutover / Migration / Testing Administrative

The Cutover Coordinator shall be responsible for:
? Support Cutover Manager for planning of mockups, rehearsal and go-live

? Support Cutover Manager for Risk Analysis and definition of mitigating actions

? Support alignment of cutover activities with local team lead, other Cutover SPOCs

? Support planning of data load phases and execution tracking of data loads

? Support definition of fall-back scenarios and workarounds during cutover

? Support monitoring & tracking of cutover activities

And as a Test Coordinator shall be responsible for

? Support Test Manager and PJMs for planning, setup of test activities

? Support definition of test cases with track Test SPOCs, testers and test case upload in Octane

? Support coordination for defect dispatching and defect tracking

? Support test case automation collection and regression test set up

? Support training of track Test SPOCs in project test management tools and processes

? Support proper documentation and storage of test results by track Test SPOCs

? Support consistent reporting of test progress and issues for test manager and PM
