We are committed to helping our clients win and creating greater value for all our stakeholders through a strategic focus on our buildings and energy growth platforms.**What activities do you do in this position?**The job position for an ERP IT Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for leading the development, testing, deployment, and integration of ERP systems.This role is focused on tech stack in the Subscriber Business on LATAM for NOLA, region that includes Mexico, Central America and South America (Peru, Colombia), with an emphasis on the NAF ERP, but will also have overall delivery responsibility for integrated boundary systems.This role will be oriented on the EMEALA transformation Business Delivery, however, there will be some cross Business Unit programs requiring work with the North American, Asia-Pacific and European Delivery Leaders.**How you will do it**- Execute the delivery of the program jointly with a mix of supporting internal and external resources, business process (analysts), technical and solution design (architects), technical delivery and execution domains (System Integration partner), JCI Internal Center of Excellence and PMO- Work with Project Managers to define project plans (e.G., project delivery tasks, milestones) and coordinate the alignment of risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies within the project with escalation to leadership as applicable- Responsible for the Build to Delivery (BTD) estimate and delivery aligned with functional and technical requirements- Lead delivery resources for a project and specific/multiple workstreams- Responsibility to ensure governance is in place for projects to adhere to enterprise's technical and strategic standars making them applicable and aligned to various strategies from relevant COE- Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with the project team sponsors**What are we looking for**- At least 5 years of experience in program/solution delivery, business IT partnership, and functional management of business stakeholders. Proven experience operating in a highly matrixed global IT and functional environment- Confirmed expertise and experience in ERP implementations.- Prior experience in business process design, analysis, blueprinting, standardization and optimization, in the context of full end to end value chain stream for complex projects use cases
