Juarez**- Work with IT to trouble shoot technical issues with ERP / financial systems for the closing process- Liaise with IT to clarify Finance functional specifications of a spesific process; propouse process improvements- Document detailed functional requirements including "as is" and "future" process flows covering all functionality- to satisfy business requirements and government changes- Identification of functionality gaps in system and/or financial processes- Develop project implementation and/or migration plans across functional areas as necessary- Develop testing plans of a process change and administer Finance's completion of plans as necessary- Perform and coordinate project-based financial analysis and modeling to support reporting of the operation- Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field- Five + years of experience in the field of financial planning/analysis- Strong financial analysis background with proven career progression, problem solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to think strategically, analytically- IT Project Management *Must have recent experience in Information Technology finance or accounting- English proefficient; - Communication skills- Able to travel; ability to multitask
