The position is focused on proactive monitoring system messages and resolving break/fix issues. This role must be able to collaborate with Allegion's IT teams, Onsite/Offshore contractors, external customers, and various internal business partners. This position will be located at our U.S. facility in Olathe, KS or possibly Carmel, IN.**Responsibilities**:- Lead EDI daily operations/break fix- Lead/Support onboarding new EDI trading partners- Lead/Support EDI enhancements- Support EDI large scale projects- Collaborate with business partners, technology and architecture teams- Review trading partner provided implementation guides/mapping specifications and identify gaps- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously- Support the existing infrastructure and integrations in production- Ability to work remotely off hours and during scheduled activities- Support onboarding new EDI documents for existing trading partners- Support the processes, standards, and tools to enable system integration development and supportQualifications:Requirements/Experience:- Must Have- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 5 or more years utilizing a major EDI translator/mapper (i.E. webMethods, TrustedLink)- 5 or more years integrating with major ERPs (i.E.
