Responsabilities; Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the Information Technology team; develops plans to implement these needs.
Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.
Specifications, procurements and implementations of necessary technologies both software and hardware to maximize resource availability and efficiencies.
Oversees backup, security, and endpoint protection of all network devices.
Remains current on advances in technology.
Provides technical support to users; able to troubleshoot, repair and or replace all necessary hardware and software utilized by the enterprise.
Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned Asset management Multi-site/location support.
Risk Assessment and management Comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as: Adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company.
(rules and regulations, codes, policies, procedures, protocols, etc.).
Report immediately any unsafe act or condition detected or aware of Propose and implement improvement actions.
